Cancellation/ Reschedule policy on services

Your appointments are very important and a time commitment to the members of  Deep Ayurveda Clinic, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for reschedule / cancellation.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and also clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, cancellation/ reschedule fee will apply.

Any changes in less than 24 hour of notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Panchakarma Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Your Panchakarma appointments are very important and at the same time it is a big time commitment to the members of Deep Ayurveda Clinic, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for reschedule / cancellation.

Please note that after committing a Panchakarma, we do not issue a cash refund when a customer changes their mind. We can issue a store credit (1 year validity) customer can use the store credit for any of the services provided by Deep Ayurveda Clinic (store credits cannot be used for purchasing products)

Return & refund policy on products

If you are looking to return and exchange your products for whatever the reason, we are here to help!. We offer free return and exchange within the 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not issue a cash refund for a change of mind after purchase; however you can return your products for store credit.

Returned items must not be opened and be returned in original product packing. Returned items must have no visible signs of tampering the sealing or use.

Please note that any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

Return & refund policy on Workshops/ Training Program

Your Workshop appointments are very important and at the same time it is a big time commitment to the practitioners of Deep Ayurveda Clinic, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for reschedule / cancellation.

Any changes in less than 48 hour of notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service amount.

 

Note: If your any appointment canceled by our side by any reason with in 24 hours then your appointment will be reschedule as per next availability of time and as compensation you will also get 50% discount on service booked by you only for that day not on full packages/workshops.

Example- You book consultation 60 Minutes Consultation and cost is $100 then you will get $50 discount.

Example- If you book any 1 hr workshop and cost of workshop is $200 then you will get $100 discount.
