Shipping Policy
DEEP AYURVEDA PTY LTD is authorized channel partner of DEEP AYURVEDA HEALTHCARE PVT LTD (INDIA). Our manufacturing unit and main ware house located only in India and all the order processing & shipping from India. We promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience of herbal and ayurvedic products in Australia at every step of the way. We take pride in delivering all kind of herbal products and practitioners use only ayurvedic products throughout the world on time, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us.
Order Handling & Shipping Processing:
Usually we process each order within a 24 Hours of order receiving. All order will be shipped by DHL Express or FedEx Or as per the shipping method you opted at the time of checkout.
Shipping Transit Time:
Transit Time from India to other countries throughout the world is 5 to 7 days . Local import Duties and Taxes of origin are not in our control , and it should be paid by the customer ( RARE ONE ) .
For your information, if the customer is not available to take delivery, Delivery partner will leave a notice for re-delivery or for the item to be picked up. In the event that the item is not claimed within a certain number of days, the item will get returned to us. Items will also get returned if your address is incorrect. In this case we can re-ship the parcel to you but we will have to charge shipping / handling fees. If the order is stopped by customs that is outside the control of Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt Ltd and we are not responsible for the delay. It may then take a longer time than the stated 5 to 7 working days . Sometimes it may take a 10-15day’s time. In case if you do not receive by then, we will ship your order once again or refund the money (Customers Choice).
All Orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in India to the “Delivery Address” given at the time of placing an order and will be processed within 24 Hours of receipt of the order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your purchase through deeayurveda.com.au and you will be able to view this in your cart before proceeding for checkout.
Address Details
Please ensure that you enter the correct address details when making your purchase and that you need to mention the person and company name who are going to receive the order on behalf of you (if order being delivered to a business address). Deep Ayurveda Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for a failure of order delivery due to incorrect shipping address or person & company name not being mentioned at the time of submitting the order.
Returned Parcels
Should your parcel be returned due to incorrect details being provided or the parcel not being collected, you will have the option to have the parcel resent. Shipping charges will be applied to resend of the parcel. Should you wish to instead receive a refund, Our warehouse team will assess the parcel to ensure no damage has taken place and if so provide you with a refund.
Damaged Goods
If your parcel and goods have been damaged in transit, we will ask for proof of such incident before establishing whether a refund or exchange will take place.
