Your email address may be used to send you advice about your current or past treatment, to process any orders from you, to send you an invoice, to accept payments from you or to issue refunds where needed or to send you information about our business. This information is kept to allow the Deep Ayurveda to meet its contractual obligations to you.

All information that you share with us will be stored in a secure computer-based system and used only in connection with the work of the Deep Ayurveda. It will never be shared with anyone else under any circumstances. This information is processed to enable us to meet our legal obligations.

We use Google Analytics to collect the information about how people use this site. This is to make sure it’s meeting its users’ needs. It also helps us to understand how we can improve. We do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.

Access to, removal and correction of your information.

Information that is kept for marketing purposes will be kept until you ask for it to be removed. If you ask, it will be removed immediately the request is received. Financial information is required by law to be kept for seven years. This will include your contact information as invoiced.

We do not, never have and never will share or sell your information to any third party, unless required to do so by law.

You can request to remove any information we hold about you. If you request us to delete all of your contact information completely, then any bookings or appointments you have in the system will be cancelled as a result as well as access to advisory information contained in e-books.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You have the right to have your information corrected; if any information we hold about you is wrong then please notify us and we will amend it to be accurate.
