    What is Ksheer Oil ?

    Ksheer oil is an herbal oil used in Ayurvedic medicine for the practice of Panchakarma. Panchakarma is a detoxification and rejuvenation therapy that aims to balance the doshas (energies) in the body.
    Ksheer oil is made from a combination of several herbs, milk, and sesame oil. In Panchakarma, ksheer oil may also be used in other therapies such as Shirodhara (pouring oil on the forehead) and Pizhichil (continuous oil bath). These therapies are aimed at balancing the Vata dosha and promoting overall well-being.
